JADED started life as Louisiana skateboard ‘zine, founded by Jeremey Lavoi in 1998. After a few issues he turned the publication into a media business operating under the name Jaded Multimedia. In 2007 Jeremey combined forces with Abby Berendt Lavoi after the two met while working together at Current TV. TeamJaded Productions was born. It has since expanded into an award winning video production and post-production company. Today, JADED is at the cutting edge of Documentary, Branded Content, Non-Fiction, Promotional Video, and Serial Programming.

Jeremey Lavoi is an award winning Producer of television and new media video content. He specializes in non-fiction storytelling. Since the beginning of his television career at Tech TV in 2004, Jeremey has worked for a laundry list of companies at the cutting edge of video and technology. In 2005 he helped launch Current TV, and worked as a staff producer at the network through it’s 2007 Emmy Award winning season. He was Supervising Producer at the social media company Seesmic.com during it’s experiment with creating an online “video conversation” in 2008. As a Producer for his brand JADED, Jeremey has produced non-fiction video and branded content for clients including Pandora, Bank of America, ESPN.com, Redford Center, Causes.com, Institute for the Future, and HarperCollins Publishers. In the last decade, Abby Berendt Lavoi has worked for MTV, MTV2, TV Land, Nick@Nite, Sony Entertainment, HarperCollins Publishers, Current TV, and KCSU FM. Her work has been nationally recognized, receiving several honors from the Telly Awards, Broadcast Education Association, Colorado State Alumni Association, and Promax. As a Producer for her brand JADED, Abby has produced non-fiction and branded content for clients including Pandora, Bank of America, ESPN.com, Redford Center, Causes.com, Sierra Club, GIANT Ad Agency, and many more. Abby has a Degree in Technical Journalism and Communication from Colorado State University. She specializes in producing, editing, and writing promos and branded content.
